The Niro Spare Tire Kit comes with two different options:
Option 1: WITHOUT Mounted Spare Tire: This does NOT come with a tire. You will have to mount and buy your own tire

Option 2: WITH Mounted Spare Tire: This option comes WITH a mounted spare tire and is ready to install ASAP after delivery

Our most popular is Option 2 as it comes with the mounted spare tire already! But if you're just looking for the rim and tools, Option 1 is for you.
The Genuine OEM Kia Niro Spare Tire Kit (M015) will fit the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 model years. Will also fit the Niro Plug-In.
*Niro EV Product Note: Only fits on the front wheels of the EV models due to brake clearance issues in the rear. If there is a flat on a rear wheel you would need to swap a front wheel to the rear and put the Spare Donut on the front.
Notes: Fits all factory wheel sizes

Fits 2024 Niro Hybrid EX (not SX)
The 2023 and 2024 Niro Hybrid no longer comes with a spare tire and instead a tire patch kit. I wasn't sure if this would fit but I went for it and it fits fine with no issue. Note, the SX seems to have put some electronic components in the spare tire area so this won't work for the SX model.

Easy and good fit in 2022 Niro EV
Although I fortunately haven't had to use this kit yet, I did recently have sidewall damage on another car without a spare kit, so I decided I wasn't going to let that happen to me with my new 2022 Niro EV. The kit arrived quickly and storage in my Niro was super easy. Removing the lower styrofoam spacer, I was able to use the existing plastic hand screw to secure the tire, then insert the foam carrier with the hardware kit into the hollow of the spare wheel. For the EV owners, make sure you heed the note about this wheel only working on the front wheel because of brake clearance. If you have to replace the rear wheel, you'll need to put a good front wheel on the back and then use the donut in this kit on the front. So you'll be jacking the car up twice unless you get a second jack.

Works perfectly!
Got it few weeks ago,didn't think I'm going to use it this soon. Just got a really bad flat today, it was easy to install it,all tools worked and I drove probably 20miles with the spare tire no problem! BTW it fits perfectly in the trunk. Money well spent!!!
