Excellent Customer Service!
I ordered new WeatherTech floor liners and a cargo mat for my new Telluride. I accidentally ordered the wrong cargo mat, and Kathy was very understanding and helpful with getting the incorrect mat returned and shipping out the replacement. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but Kathy definitely provided it!

Package came quick! I'm pretty happen with the mats, except for the 3rd row. The 3rd row doesn't fit as well (bubbles up some) and the middle piece uses velcro to keep it in place. I don't feel confident that will last long plus velcro always messes up the carpet

Front mats fit perfectly, really like the way the mat comes up along the sides. 2nd row mats are not quite as high but the fit is great. I didn't purchase the 3rd row as I do not use the 3rd row seating.
