Designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA, this hitch-mounted cargo carrier transforms any vehicle with a 2-inch receiver hitch into a dependable cargo-hauling solution for coolers, firewood, mulch, sandbags, lawn equipment, snow blowers, and more.

Unlike traditional metal baskets, this WeatherTech hitch basket features an impact-resistant molded basket paired with a lightweight yet ultra-strong aluminum frame. The rust-free, corrosion-resistant design makes it ideal for transporting messy or heavy items that don’t belong inside your vehicle. A bolt-on hitch attachment provides enhanced stability with less movement and rattling than standard hitch pins, while integrated drainage channels help direct rainwater away from your cargo.

With a low-to-the-ground loading height, heavy and bulky items are easier to lift and secure. Despite its rugged construction, the entire assembly weighs only 27 lbs., allowing for simple one-person installation. The reinforced aluminum support structure is intentionally engineered to handle up to 500 lbs. of cargo capacity, delivering confidence on every haul.

Installation is straightforward with a two-piece design. The basket arrives fully assembled and bolts directly to the aluminum receiver frame. Hardware and Allen key are included.
